Minimum Job Requirements

  • Sr. Project Quality Supervisor
  • Minimum Requirements
  • BS degree in Engineering
  • Fifteen (15) years of inspection experience, with a minimum of seven (7) years inspection supervision.
  • Certified as ASQ Quality Manager or equivalent.  
  • Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent
  • Has thorough knowledge of applicable US Codes, construction and maintenance procedures, and material testing procedures. Knowledge of SAUDI ARAMCO applicable standards and Schedule Q is preferred.
  • Pass Saudi Aramco interview.
  • Quality Supervisors
  • BS degree in Engineering is preferred.  However, Two (2) years industrial/technical College Diploma is acceptable as a minimum in the absence of the Engineering degree.
    • Ten (10) years of inspection experience with a minimum of five years inspection supervision.
    • Requires a thorough knowledge of applicable US Codes, construction and maintenance procedures, and material testing procedures.
    • Certified ISO 9001 auditor or equivalent.
  • Sr. Mechanical Inspector
  • BS degree in Engineering plus a minimum of six (6) years of Mechanical Plant Equipment Inspection experience in the construction of Petrochemical or Hydrocarbon facilities. OR Two (2) years industrial/technical College Diploma plus a minimum of twelve (12) years of Mechanical Plant Equipment Inspection experience in the construction of Petrochemical or Hydrocarbon facilities.
    • Shall have a demonstrated background and thorough knowledge of codes such as American National Standards Institute (ANSI) B 31.3, 31.4 and 31.8, ASME Section V and IX, API 510, 570, 620 and 650, AWS D1.1, required for the execution of the WORK. 
      • Pass Saudi Aramco written exam based on international codes or hold internationally recognized certifications in the disciplines for which he is qualified, such as API 563 for Tanks, API 570 for Pipes, API 510 or ASME certified for Pressure Vessels, Boilers and Heat Exchangers, and ASNT Level II in MT, PT, UT & VT, RTFI. Also, he shall be certified as an American Welding Society (AWS) CWI, CSWIP 3.2 Certified Welding Inspector, or SAUDI ARAMCO approved equivalent.
      • Pass Saudi Aramco interview.
  • Sr. Electrical Inspector
  • BS degree in Engineering plus a minimum of six (6) years of either Electrical inspection experience in the construction of Petrochemical or Hydrocarbon facilities. OR Two (2) years industrial/technical College Diploma plus a minimum of twelve (12) years of Electrical inspection experience in the construction of Petrochemical or Hydrocarbon facilities
    • Demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of National Electric Code/NFPA 70, IEC or equivalent standards.
    • Have working knowledge of electrical installations including materials, methods, specifications, and hazardous location identification for oil and gas or petrochemical industries.
    • Pass Saudi Aramco written exam based on international codes or hold relevant certifications such as National Certification Program Construction Code Inspector (NCPCCI) or NFPA 70 Certified or equivalent.  He shall satisfy the requirements of a fully qualified Instrument Technician/ Engineer meeting the requirements laid out by the Instrument Society of America or the Institute of Measurement Control.
    • Pass Saudi Aramco interview.
  • Coating Inspector, Welding Inspector, Mechanical Inspector, Communication Inspector, Electrical Inspector.
  • B.S degree in Engineering in a respective inspection discipline with at least four (4) years of experience in relevant inspection discipline. OR Two (2) years industrial/technical College Diploma plus a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant inspection experience.
    • Demonstrated thorough knowledge of applicable international standards.
    • Demonstrated full working knowledge of quality system standards and methods.
    • Inspectors are expected to hold internationally recognized certifications in the disciplines for which they are qualified. For example.
      • Welding inspector: AWS or CSWIP and ASNT Level II in MT, PT, UT & VT, RTFI
      • Coating Inspector: BGAS/CSWIP or NACE
      • Mechanical inspector: API 563 for Tanks.
      • Mechanical inspector: API 570, API 510 or ASME certified for Pressure Vessels, Boilers and Heat Exchangers, and ASNT Level II in MT, PT, UT & VT, RTFI.
      • Electrical inspector: NCPCCI, NFPA 70, ICBO, SMACNA, Uniform Mechanical Code, NFPA 90A, ASHRAE,
      • Communication inspector:  BICSI.
  • Civil Inspector, HVAC Inspector, Plumbing Inspector.
  • B.S degree in Engineering in a respective inspection discipline with at least four (4) years of experience in relevant inspection discipline. OR Two (2) years industrial/technical College Diploma plus a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant inspection experience.
    • Demonstrated thorough knowledge of applicable international standards.
    • Demonstrated full working knowledge of quality system standards and methods.
  • Architecture & Interior Design Inspector
  • B.S degree in Civil Engineering or B.S. in Architecture with at least six (6) years of experience in Architectural and Interior Design inspection. OR Two (2) years industrial/technical College Diploma plus a minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in Architectural and Interior Design inspection.
    • Shall have a demonstrated knowledge and training in ISO 9000, ASTM, IBC & Glass Reinforced Concrete Association (GRCA).
    • Shall be Conversant with international codes such as ACI, AAMA, ANSI, and BSI.
    • Pass Saudi Aramco Interview.
