Vice Principal

We are hiring an outstanding Academic Vice Principal to join our team in August 2025.

Due to continued growth, the school wishes to recruit an exceptional high performing individual who will have oversight of the Primary and Secondary School.

The ideal candidate will have the following experiences and competences:

1. 1. Be either an existing Principal, Vice-Principal or highly experienced Senior Leader
   2. Be comfortable operationing within, and co-leading a committed and highly competent leadership team
   3. Have the ability, experience and gravitas to lead Primary and Secondary pastoral and academic teams
   4. Be highly familiar with both Primary School and Secondary School structures, curriculums, qualifications and assessment and tracking thereof
   5. Have outstanding knowledge of peadagogical best practice leading to enhanced student outcomes
   6. Have significant experience of Dubai based private education and a thorough knowledge of associated regulatory frameworks
   7. Have the ability to foster close working relationships at all levels, resulting in effective and impactful, high performing teams.
