Talent Acquisition Intern Jobs in Dubai, UAE
What you’ll do:
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will provide valuable support to the People team in talent acquisition:
- Source and interview potential candidates, providing a good candidate experience
- Collaborate with the People team to manage internal recruitment processes from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient hiring practices
- Build market maps and identify potential talent both passive and active
- Manage end-to-end internships and junior-level recruitment
- Support on any special projects as required within the People team
- Coordinate and track the progress of people’s movements (transfers, promotions etc.) & HR data changes
- Supports the People Lead on key people initiatives and projects
What you’ll need:
- GCC Nationals or UAE residency holders with a minimum of 3-6 months validity from the start date of the internship (only student residency, family sponsorship or golden visa holders are eligible, work/company sponsorship will not be considered) – this is a must
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or any related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Customer and candidate focus with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions, ensuring timely and accurate completion of required tasks.
