Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for selling Noon Payments’ solutions to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), helping them streamline their payment processes and enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fintech and digital payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new SMB clients by actively prospecting and generating leads.
- Sell Noon Payments’ suite of payment solutions, including online payment gateways, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and subscription-based services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored payment solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including customer support and product development, to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Noon Payments in the market.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in fintech, banking, payments, or e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of payment solutions, online transactions, and merchant services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with SMB clients.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
- UAE market experience and a valid UAE driver’s license are preferred.
