Job Description
- Achieve or exceed or exceeding allocated sales target to contribute to company’s sales and returns objectives
- Follow the KIA Sales process standards ( Prospecting, meeting, negotiating, … delivering etc.) to deliver highest lead of customer service to achieve company’s objectives of customer loyalty and retention
- Maintaining awareness of the automotive industry, technical developments, market trends, competitor analysis and Auto Finance knowledge to help achieve personal target and company’s objectives and provide feedback for future planning
- Provide, weekly and daily sales activities’ report to direct manager to ensure target and other KPI’s are on track
- Keeping records and documentation to be aligned with rules, policies, regulations and procedures
- Create maintain and provide accurate timely sales reports and forecasts
- Maintain, develop and build relations with existing and new customers via meetings, calls, emails.
Requirements
- University degree in business or equivalent
- 2- 3 years experience in Sales (preferably in Auto sales or auto Finance)
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English language
- UAE driver’s license and Own a car
- Team player
- Self motivated and ability to work under pressure
- Microsoft applications ability to work on
