Projects Registration Specialist Jobs in Abu Dhabi, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end process of project registration, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Maintain and update the project database, tracking project details, timelines, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect necessary project details and ensure alignment with company policies.
- Assist in preparing reports and dashboards to track project progress and registrations.
- Support project managers in ensuring that registered projects adhere to regulatory and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline project registration processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on relevant project management policies, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in project management or a related role (experience in project management is a plus).
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
