Job Description

  • In coordination with the projects’ lead, manage staff timesheets preparation, approval and submission process to the office.
  • Cross check projects’ timesheet against time booking on the system.
  • Coordination with the accounting team in the office on processing timesheets for invoicing.
  • Follow up with the projects’ leads on payment of our invoices.
  • Coordinate with projects’ lead to complete setting up new projects on the system.
  • Visiting projects as and when needed to follow up with the projects’ leads to complete regular assignments.
  • Support Head of Buildings Supervision with admin tasks when required.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1-5 years experience in the United Arab Emirates
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Collaborative approach
  • Construction industry knowledge preferred
  • Valid UAE driving license and own transport

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education degree in business administration, accounting, QS or similar field
