THE ROLE
Reporting to the Project Delivery Manager to support all project delivery activities covering all Task Orders.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interface between the management and task order teams
- Attend project meetings and produce minutes
- Manage and track actions that come from project meetings
- Manage the document control for the project
- Support the management of the project schedule
- Support project reporting activities
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Minimum similar relevant experience 2 years
- Facilitate project planning and scheduling to ensure timely completion of milestones
- Good working knowledge of document management, systems and software
- Experienced user of MS Office
- Fluent English both written and spoken
