Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, including baseline, revised, and recovery plans.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align project objectives and timelines.
- Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies to address potential delays or issues.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and prepare detailed progress reports.
- Allocate resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to ensure timely project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to negotiate costs and schedules.
- Document lessons learned and provided recommendations for future projects.
- Utilize project management software (e.g., Primavera P6) for scheduling and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, or related field).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in planning and executing solar energy projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of solar energy systems and renewable energy technologies is a must.
Skills:
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Familiarity with local and international standards for solar projects.
