Responsibilities
- To welcome visitors to our school and deal with queries from families,
- visitors, staff and children in conjunction with SLT.
- To support the administration and organisation of assessment information,
- trips and visits.
- To support with Teaching and Learning events such as Parent Meetings,
- newsletters and platforms.
- To take notes and minutes in SLT meetings.
- To manage the virtual diaries of SLT where directed including updating
- Bookings.
- To facilitate the transfer of documents to and from Aldar HQ.
- To support the recruitment process including scheduling interviews and
- contacting candidates.
- To line manage the work of the other admin staff.
- To maintain with accuracy the school database including parent portal,
- engage, MIS and internal assessment databases.
- To take responsibility for the following SOPs (Standard Operating Processes)
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications – Minimum diploma / degree of higher education; or Related industry qualification, of graduate level, for the assigned functional area(s).
Minimum Experience – 2 Years’ Experience in similar role
