Job Description
The Office Boy is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the office, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth working environment by handling day-to-day office support duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office, meeting rooms, and pantry.
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and guests.
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents.
- Deliver documents, parcels, and messages within the office and to external locations as required.
- Ensure the availability of office supplies and restock them when needed.
- Support administrative staff in handling office-related tasks.
- Assist with minor errands, including purchasing office necessities.
- Set up meeting rooms before and after meetings.
- Handle any ad hoc tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Friendly, polite, and professional attitude.
- Ability to multitask and follow instructions.
- Physically fit and able to handle minor lifting tasks.
Work Environment:
- Office-based role with occasional outdoor tasks.
- May require standing for long periods.
