Job Description

 

We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic Marketing professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Corporate Marketing team. This includes assisting in the day-to-day operations, managing correspondence and follow-ups, and ensuring efficient communication internally and externally. The role also supports the execution of marketing campaigns, content coordination, and maintaining organized systems to enhance the effectiveness of the Marketing department.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain an effective filing system for correspondence, press materials, databases, and other marketing resources.
  • Organize and systematize hard and digital files to ensure easy data access and prevent data loss.
  • Draft, proofread, and distribute correspondence to meet corporate marketing standards.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, email, and telephone calls, ensuring professional and prompt responses.
  • Prepare and maintain attendance sheets, schedules, purchase requests, and internal forms for documentation purposes.

Marketing Coordination

  • Assist the Corporate Director Brand Marketing in creating and following up on marketing materials, collateral, and project briefs for agencies and vendors.
  • Coordinate with advertising agencies, designers, and printers to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
  • Gather and organize press clippings, creating effective filing and distribution systems for internal and external use.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between corporate marketing and property-level teams to ensure smooth communication and information sharing.
  • Coordinate inter-departmental tasks, meetings, and follow-ups to ensure alignment on marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Handle inquiries and maintain a trace system for all correspondence, ensuring responses within 24 hours.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of weekly and monthly reports for the Marketing team.

Project & Campaign Support

  • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, ensuring all materials are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Organize photoshoots, events, and other activities to support the Marketing team.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to coordinate content creation for online platforms.

Team Support & Logistics

  • Monitor office supplies, initiate requisitions, and ensure the department is well-stocked with promotional materials and tools.
  • Schedule and attend team meetings, preparing minutes and documentation as needed.
  • Ensure all equipment and office systems function effectively, reporting issues to IT when necessary.

Compliance & Safety

  • Participate in training and development programs as recommended by senior management.

 

Skills

 

Education, Qualifications & Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, administrative, or coordination roles, preferably in hospitality or travel.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
