Job Responsibilities

• Mediates conflict, conducts employee interrogations, and ensures disciplinary hearings are remaining impartial, confidential, fair and professional.
• Concisely explain verbally and in writing varying perspectives of a situation.
• Constantly communicates and implements the end-to-end process of the policy framework, compliance processes, and the escalation process.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must be of Arabic origin
• Knowledge of UAE Employment law and employee relations
• Knowledgeable in use of Microsoft Applications
• Experience in admin work and documentation.
