JOB PURPOSE
The purpose of this role is to carry out the full scope of activities and processes with sales budget, market analysis, sales data management in order to provide an excellent service to the sales team and other internal customers. The role holder will assist in providing services that will indirectly enhance the service received by customers and increase the overall productivity.
ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KPIs
- Assist the Operation Lead in developing and reviewing sales budget and forecasting reports.
- Monthly preparation of sales force targets (channel, area, route & product wise).
- Collect, analyze, evaluate and report data in order to increase sales productivity.
- Monthly preparation of group brand performance analysis for YTD comparisons.
- Monthly preparation of product and area wise sales ratio analysis & contribution analysis report.
- Concluding commission file on monthly basis for sales team.
- Conduct research on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to provide actionable insights.
- Coordination with sales & marketing teams for sales activities.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in FMCG industry
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Junior Sales Analyst or similar role
- Knowledge in working with UAE market
- Good time-management skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
- Strong communication, analytical, administrative skills and problem-solving skills.
