Job Accountabilities:

• Carries out diagnosis on faults, checks the parameters, and analyses the defect. In the event of complications, refers the matter to the workshop supervisor.
• Remove and replace damaged parts with power and hand tools.
• Rectifies the defect and fixes the vehicle within the allowed time.
• By receiving the job card, performs each requirement and ticks and signed the checklist before moving forward.
• If any parts are required to purchase, informs the supervisor.
• Searches for information in the available documentation (technical manuals, repair booklets).
• Identifies additional work and non-conformances. Rapidly communicates them to the supervisor and writes them down on the job card.
• Ensures the presentation of the vehicle viz. resetting of equipment and accessories, cleanliness.
• Tidies up and cleans the work area, and all the tools used (individual or collective).
• Maintains the stock of tools and keeps them in proper condition.
• Perform all the activities in compliance with the Company’s QHSEMS and as per the assigned specific responsibilities.
• Carries out any additional tasks assigned (in line with qualifications and ability) by the line Manager.

Qualifications & Education

Diploma/B.Tech in Mechatronics/Electronics/Electrical

Experience

2-3 Year experience in Electric Vehicle aftersales technical role

Knowledge & Skills

Fluent in English, Arabic is advantage.

Should be able to perform diagnosing using the latest diagnosing equipment.

Driving license an advantage.
