ICT Design Engineer 

• Solution Design & Technical Consultation: Provide expert consultation and technical solutions for ICT and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems, including structured cabling, security systems, access control, CCTV, and smart building solutions.
• Design & Documentation: Develop system designs, technical drawings, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and proposals that align with customer needs and industry best practices.
• Client Engagement: Conduct site surveys, analyze customer requirements, and propose innovative and cost-effective ICT/ELV solutions.
• Vendor & Partner Coordination: Collaborate with technology vendors and distributors to source and recommend the best ICT/ELV solutions.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure all ICT/ELV designs comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices in the UAE.
• Project Coordination: Support project teams during the implementation phase to ensure the successful execution of designs.
• Market Research & Trends: Stay updated with the latest ICT/ELV technologies, trends, and advancements to continuously improve solution offerings.
• Technical Submittals & Approvals: Prepare technical submittals and coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure necessary approvals are obtained.
• Drafting Coordination: Coordinate with draftsmen to ensure that drawings are submitted on time and accurately reflect the proposed design.

Requirements

• UAE Driving License: Must have a valid UAE driving license.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, IT, Telecommunications Engineering with 4-5 years
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in Design Engineering for ICT/ELV solutions within the UAE market.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of ELV systems, networking, cabling infrastructure, and smart building technologies.
• Certifications: Relevant industry certifications such as SIRA,BICSI, RCDD, CCNA, or equivalent are preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, communication, and documentation skills.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, work under tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• UAE Experience: Strong understanding of the local ICT/ELV market, industry trends, and local authority requirement such as SIRA & TDRA  in the UAE.
