Job Description
- Identify and engage with new clients while nurturing and maintaining relationships with existing customers in the commercial facility management sector.
- Actively pursue and secure new Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) to grow the company’s portfolio.
- Monitor market trends and capitalize on emerging opportunities to drive business growth.
- Confidently and effectively present the company’s services, persuading clients to achieve maximum profitability with minimal oversight.
- Prepare, estimate, and submit competitive proposals and tenders for large-scale building maintenance services, including A/C, MEP, and comprehensive facility management.
- Strategically influence client decision-making by providing timely and high-quality estimates, proposals, and cost-benefit analyses, addressing objections, and ensuring successful deal closure.
- Take full ownership of achieving the assigned sales budget within the designated region.
- Generate leads and project opportunities to align with business plans, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Oversee the sales process from initial inquiry and RFP coordination to finalizing contracts.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute marketing and business development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of potential projects, industry developments, and market trends, reporting progress to management.
- Ensure all client communications meet company standards for accuracy, professionalism, and alignment with brand values.
- Negotiate contract modifications or extensions as necessary to meet client and business needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including commercial, operations, finance, and HR, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Serve as a point of expertise for management on sales and marketing-related concerns.
- Follow up on invoicing and ensure timely collection of payments for service contracts.
- Provide technical insights and recommendations during client interactions to build trust and credibility.
- Ensure timely renewal of AMCs by tailoring services to property-specific needs, maintaining safety, and conducting regular client visits to secure additional opportunities.
- Stay informed of market opportunities and tender announcements to ensure consistent participation in bids.
- Work with management to refine business strategies based on updates to the installed service base and customer needs.
- Monitor daily and monthly sales metrics and report performance to leadership.
- Travel to meet prospective clients and expand business opportunities as required.
- Review and verify the accuracy and profitability of all submitted quotations.
- Strive to meet consistently and exceed assigned sales targets.
Requirements
- Must possess an engineering degree with a minimum of 5 years of UAE/GCC experience in facility management, maintenance, or MEP services.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and facility management processes prevalent in the building industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business growth in the UAE facility management market.
- Demonstrated ability to interact and build relationships with clients from diverse nationalities and cultural backgrounds.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, for creating presentations, reports, and proposals.
- Holder of a valid UAE driving license to facilitate client visits and market exploration.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
