Customer Support Specialist Jobs in Abu Dhabi, UAE
key responsibilities include:
- Design & Testing: Attend design reviews and development tests to understand the guided glide weapon system’s operating principles and practical support requirements.
- Field Support: Visit customer sites to perform diagnostics, inspections, and tests. Provide hands-on support for operating, maintaining, and managing weapon systems.
- Documentation: Assist in compiling, reviewing, and updating technical publications and training materials.
- Customer Relations: Understand and address customer needs, assist in fielding planning, and provide training to customer personnel.
- Problem Solving: Identify technical issues, take immediate action to resolve them, and manage the implementation of corrective actions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in defense, with extensive experience in weapon systems maintenance and training. At least 3 years of experience with Guided Glide Weapons.
- Technical Skills: Technical qualification in mechanical or electrical disciplines. Proficiency in fault finding, diagnostics software, and interpreting technical drawings.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with all levels of customer organization.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work outside normal office hours as needed and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE military support environments, safety regulations, and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) systems.
