Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Product Manager to join our AI & Innovation department. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in domain-specific retail, merchandising, design, and buying to drive innovative product strategies. This role focuses on integrating AI-driven solutions to enhance product performance, streamline processes, and foster creativity across our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Development & Strategy:
Assist in defining and executing product roadmaps that align with company objectives and market demands, integrating AI innovations where applicable. - Market & Domain Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities in retail, merchandising, and design, translating findings into actionable insights. - Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, buyers, and tech experts, to develop and launch innovative products. - AI Integration:
Identify areas where AI can enhance operations, from merchandising to customer experience, and collaborate with the tech team to implement solutions. - Performance Monitoring:
Track product performance metrics and suggest improvements to meet strategic goals. - Stakeholder Communication:
Facilitate clear communication between internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to ensure alignment on product vision and execution.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Design, or a related field. A background in AI or technology-related studies is a plus. - Experience:
- 3+ years in product management, with a focus on retail, merchandising, design, or buying.
- Experience in applying AI or tech solutions within a business context is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of AI applications in retail or design is advantageous.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
