Job Description
- Ensure all medication orders are scanned into the dispensing system and staged correctly for each delivery route.
- Monitor workflow and ensure consistent product movement from the pharmacy to the delivery dispensing system.
- Ensure all medication orders are neatly sorted and packed within delivery totes.
- Prepare and stage delivery manifests and ancillary paperwork for the correct delivery totes.
- Prepare for the next delivery route by setting up empty delivery totes and applying new delivery barcode labels.
- Sort returned signed delivery manifests and scan them into the document imaging system.
- Assist in the preparation of emergency drug kit deliveries, including tracking and expiration monitoring.
- Restock and order consumable supplies for the department.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Comply with all OSH and infection control policies, standards, and procedures and cooperate with hospital management to meet those requirements.
- Work in accordance with documented OSH procedures and instructions.
- Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures.
- Notify OSH hazards, incidents, near misses, and issues, and assist with the preparation of risk assessments and incident reports.
- Comply with waste management procedures and policies.
- Attend applicable OSH/Infection control training programs, mock drills, and awareness programs.
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Knowledge of brand name and generic medications.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Ability to work at a moderate speed.
- Ability to work during inclement weather.
- Good organization and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to physically perform light lifting.
