Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Area Director of Sales specializing in Leisure Sales to oversee sales operations in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic plans, and managing a team of sales professionals.
Job Responsibility:
– Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the leisure sector
– Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to ensure targets are met
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
– Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
– Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
Candidate Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA is a plus
– Proven experience in sales management, specifically in the leisure industry
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a sales team
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market trends
– Ability to travel within the UAE for client meetings and business development opportunities.
