Responsible for repairs of iPhones, Macbook , iMac, Watch and other Apple accessories

Job Description:

Responsible for repairing In Warranty and Out Warranty Laptops.

Should achieve the daily productivity targets

Should deliver as per KPI of Apple requirement

Should handle customers who walk into the service centers with technical queries.

Update brand systems daily.

Maintain NPS of service center with good quality work and customer interaction.

Experience (Yrs& Field) : 3-4 years’ experience managing repairs of all Apple products

Educational Qualification:  Diploma/ ITI in Electronics

Professional Certifications : ACIT and ACMT certifications from Apple
