Leasing Coordinator Jobs in Dubai, UAE
Job Purpose
Carry out administrative works related to leasing and property management services (current scope) across the portfolio.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide all administrative and secretarial support to the department that includes but not limited to issuance and renewals of contracts, notices, memos, collections, customer support etc.
- Revenue collection and accounting
- Lease review and abstracting, lease audits, occupancy cost analysis
- Establish and maintain / update records and filling system (DMS) in order to support the information needs of the management.
- Ensure compliance with the internal and external (RERA, DM and DED) approved policies, rules and regulations to protect company and customer’s interest.
- Prepare management reports / information in a timely manner;
- Utilize appropriate property management systems and processes including software systems, accounting systems and other business infrastructure for effective management;
- Ensure that complaints, concerns, occupiers and stakeholders are attended to and resolved as speedily and as satisfactorily as possible;
- Maintain and record effective communications with the occupiers and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor or equivalent
Experience
- More than 5 years in leasing and Property Management
Knowledge & Skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office Software;
- High level of proficiency in English (spoken and written) / Arabic is an advantage;
- Customer oriented;
- Target driven, Problem Solving, Judgment, Planning and Organization, Coordinating, Initiative, Persuasiveness, Integrity.
